🪷 Refund policy

1. General

This refund policy applies to all purchases made through the webshop of Hatha Sueño Yoga & Retreats for yoga classes, workshops, and retreats.

2. Yoga Classes

  • Cancellation up to 24 hours before the start → 100% refund or credit.

  • Cancellation within 24 hours before the start → no refund.

3. Retreats & Workshops

  • Cancellation up to 30 days before the start → 75% refund.

  • Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before the start → 50% refund.

  • Cancellation within 14 days before the start → no refund.

4. Cancellation by Hatha Sueño Yoga & Retreats

If an event is cancelled by Hatha Sueño Yoga & Retreats, the customer will receive a full refund or may rebook for another available date at no extra cost.

5. Method of Refund

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after confirmation of the cancellation, via the same payment method used for the original booking (e.g., credit card, iDEAL).

  • Transaction or service fees charged by the payment provider are non-refundable.
