🪷 Terms and Conditions

When you make a booking on the site, we need your details to ensure that we can finish your booking. But we always handle your personal data with care.

These terms and conditions were last modified on Novenber 7, 2025.

1. Applicability

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, bookings, and agreements made through the website of Hatha Sueño Yoga & Retreats for participation in yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and other related services.

  2. By placing an order or booking through the website, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Offer and Agreement

  1. All offers on the website are non-binding and subject to availability.

  2. An agreement is concluded once the customer completes the online booking process and payment has been successfully received.

  3. Hatha Sueño Yoga & Retreats reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking in case of incomplete data, payment issues, or other reasonable grounds.

3. Prices and Payments

  1. All prices are listed in euros (€), including VAT, unless stated otherwise.

  2. Payment must be made via the available payment methods (such as credit card, iDEAL, Bancontact, etc.).

  3. A booking is only confirmed after full payment has been received.

4. Cancellation by the Customer

  1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to laha@hathasuenoyoga.nl.

  2. For yoga classes:

    – Cancellation up to 24 hours before the start: full refund or credit.
    – Cancellation within 24 hours before the start: no refund.

  3. For retreats and multi-day events:

    – Cancellation up to 30 days before the start: 75% refund.
    – Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before the start: 50% refund.
    – Cancellation within 14 days before the start: no refund.

  4. The customer may transfer their booking to another participant, provided this is communicated and approved by Hatha Sueño Yoga & Retreats.

5. Cancellation by Hatha Sueño Yoga & Retreats

  1. Hatha Sueño Yoga & Retreats reserves the right to cancel a class, workshop, or retreat due to insufficient participants or force majeure (such as instructor illness, travel restrictions, or natural disasters).

  2. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund or may choose to attend on an alternative date.

6. Liability

  1. Participation in all activities is at the customer’s own risk.

  2. Hatha Sueño Yoga & Retreats is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

  3. Customers are responsible for informing the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries prior to participation.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, photos, texts, and content on the website remain the property of Hatha Sueño Yoga & Retreats and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Hatha Sueño Yoga & Retreats processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy available on the website.

9. Governing Law

All agreements and disputes are governed by Dutch law.
