My 1st ever cacao ceremony, I had no idea what to expect, all i know was that i arrived slightly nervous and yet full of curiosity and eager anticipation of the unknown.
It turned out to be a beautiful inner journey, filling me with a mix of immense calm and inner well being while I at one point became so overwhelmed with a sense if gratitude and unconditional love that I couldn’t prevent cleansing tears from washing over me, culminating in profound calm and sparkly dreaminess that stayed with me for the rest of the day!
I also loved Lahas musical selections for the journey, making it all the more enjoyable!
My aha moment was to not throw the baby out with the bath water as far as thinking yoga was not for me! Now i would like to be open to and try doing yoga!
